We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking new feature that will revolutionize how you approach software quality. But before we dive into the details, let’s take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve been on for the past few years.

At Codacy, we’ve made it our mission to help businesses improve the quality and scalability of their software. We’ve accomplished this by integrating nearly every relevant open-source code analysis tool available, providing our 850 global customers access to over 50 tools supporting more than 40 programming languages and frameworks. In total, we offer over 10,000 code analysis rules to ensure the highest quality, security, and best practices for software development.

We are now proud to introduce a revolutionary new feature to the Codacy platform: Quality AI. This innovative addition will change how you address and fix code issues by automatically suggesting corrections for issues identified by any linter.

With Quality AI, we’re streamlining the process and enhancing the workflow by offering suggested fixes directly within your Git provider.

Quality AI is compatible with nearly all programming languages and requires no additional setup time. In addition, we’ve prioritized addressing data privacy concerns, ensuring that Quality AI leverages only the most secure models from OpenAI without sharing any information with external third parties or training any other models.

Rest assured, we only use the description of the static analysis issue and a few lines of code to generate the corrections, maintaining a secure and data-private environment.

Today, we’re opening up Quality AI for private beta testing, with our loyal customers receiving priority access to this game-changing feature.

We are incredibly excited about the possibilities this new feature brings and are deeply committed to further investing in the future of software development. We could not have come this far without the support of our customers and our dedicated team support. Thank you for helping us build a brighter, more efficient future for software development.

Until next time,

Jaime Jorge, Co-founder of Codacy
