Code Quality: Shared Dashboard

Following the release of our new product workflow we continue working towards helping organisations effortlessly standardise code quality. A shared dashboard is key for this. We realize how relevant it is for our users to continuously communicate about the status of code quality with their teams and colleagues.

Furthermore, it seems the information our Project Dashboards provide summarise perfectly the status of code quality, as we provide information about how Code Issues, Complexity, Duplication and Code Coverage are today as well as how they have been evolving. This is why we just introduced in our product the ability to share the information of the dashboards through a live URL or through email.

Codacy Dashboard

With this new feature if you want to share code quality information relating to a project, you only have to click the “Share” button and select one of the two options (1) do you want to copy a live URL to your clipboard or (2) Do you want to send an invite through email to your colleagues to see the live data on code quality?

Share Dashboard

We hope by lowering the barriers to communicate with team members, we can continue supporting teams to improve and standardise code quality.

If you want to share your thoughts about this or our product in general, send an email to team@codacy.com or you can also find us in Twitter: @codacy. If you are not using Codacy yet, and would like to try it, sign up here
